Can I personalise any print / Do you do bespoke orders?

We offer personalisation directly on the website for a variety of prints. However, if you wish to personalise one that doesn't have the option listed to do so or you are looking for something bespoke then please email us emma@lovelyink.co.uk and we'll be happy to work with you on a bespoke order. Bespoke orders vary in price.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom, but will be shipping to the EU & US in the near future.

Can I buy prints without the frame?

Yes, all of our prints can be bought unframed and in a variety of sizes.

What are your delivery charges?

We have flat rate delivery charges of £2.50 for all purchases under £50. For purchases of £50 and over, we include free delivery. 

When will my order be shipped?

All our products are shipped within 7 days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Can you offer an express service?

We can offer an express service. Please contact us directly at emma@lovelyink.co.uk prior to placing your order to see if we can fulfil your needs.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your order is personalised or bespoke, we cannot cancel your order if we have already made a start on it.

My order has been damaged / lost in the post. What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your parcel is damaged - please take photographic evidence of the damage so that we can investigate further. We will of course replace any products that have been damaged during shipping.

If your parcel has been lost in the post we will try to locate it - parcels are not demmed lost until at least 15 days after postage. If your order is infact lost we'll resend the order to you at no cost subject to availability. We will only ship to the same postal address on the original order.

Do you offer refunds?

We will refund orders which are non-personalised once we have received the product back in a good condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund back the postage fee. 

We regret that personalised or bespoke products are non-refundable.
